   UNDER  CONSTRUCTION
 
   1.   Anyone ( 18 ) years of age,must have (2) forms of ID.                                                                                                      
   2.   A team is (2) person per boat,but you may have a third person if they are ( Under 16 years of age,or over 65 years old ).         
   3.   A team may also be (1) person per boat.                                                                                                                           
   4.   You must remain in boat during tournament.                                                                                                                     
   5.   It's the Anglers responsibility to observe all fishing and boating laws, required by the state in which the anglers are fishing in.   
   6.   All boats will be checked prior to start of tournament and maybe check during tournament hours.                                          
   7.   Any bait that is consider legal, in the waters of the state you are fishing. There is no Juging,throw lines,baiting,of any type.      
   8.   No pole limit, (except if you are in state which has a pole limit like
(OHIO, INDIANA.) you must obtain a permit from KY.      
   9.   (5) Fish per boat,Cull yourfish at waters edge.
DO NOT bring more then (5) Fish to weigh-in Scales.Disqualified if you do.      
  10.  Tournament Director will make the decision on weather a fish can be weighed-in.   Fish must be in good health.                      
  11.  Angler's Responsibility to choose his
(Big Fish) for weigh-in 1st.Early weigh-in do not count against angler.NO REWEIGHS.   
  12.  Then add the balance of Catch. 
If in doubt about procedure DO NOT put any fish on Scales, ask for Tournament Director.    
  13.  Fish must be,Blue Cat,Flathead or Channel Cats and  (15) inches in length.                                                                           
  14.  If stringer is used,it must be put in lower lip of fish.                                                                                                           
  15.  A distance of (50 yards) must be keep from another anchored boat.Expect anglers to show courtesy to each other.                  
  16.  A distance of (50 yards must be keep from ( Gas Pumps ) and ether side of a ( Dam )                                                          
  17.  Cast nets will be allowed for the purpose of catching bait only.                                                                                            
  18   No! Firearms,Drugs,Alcohol or Obscene language will be tolerated. Immediate disqualification and no refunds of entry fees.     
  19.  All Fish must be taken by Rod & Reel.                                                                                                                              
  20.  Boats will leave launch site by there pre-registration number.Fishing hours will be annouced at angler's meeting.                    
  21.  Mobile communication devises such as cell phones,marina radios,etc.to communicate fishing information is prohibited.         
  22.  Angler's must wear Life Preservers during take off's,                                                                                                      
  23.  No! Trailering.Must leave launch area in your boat.                                                                                                         
  24.  Wanton unsportsmanlike conduct can be grounds for disqualification if required,Tournament Director's decision final.           
  25.  In case of tie,Largest fish by weight will determine winner.                                                                                              
  26.  Any protest,must be maid at the end of weigh-in and the rule broken must be stated.Tournament Director will decised outcome.
  27.  Interpretation of rules will be left up to the Tournament Director.                                                                                       
       
At the request of Catfish Masters of America, one member of any team that qualified for a prize or any randomly selected team must submit to and
    pass a Polygraph Test and/or any other test deemed neccessary to determine compliance of Tournament Rules.Only one member of the team selected,by
    the Tournament Director will be tested. If that member passes the test,the prizes earned by the team will be awarded.If that member refuses or failes the
    test the team will be disqualified and neither member of that team will be awarded a prize.The decision of the test examiner will be final. All contestants
    agree to release Catfish Masters of America and its Sponsors from any Liabilty arising from the administration of the test and/or the decision of the
    Examiner. I agree that any mention of my name or photographic likeness,maybe used by Catfish Masters of America and sponsors for promotional purpose
          All decisions regrading compliance with these rules and the interpretation of these rules will be made by the Tournament Director and Catfish Masters
    which reserves the right to make additional ressonable rules for the conduct of thier tournament if circumstances require.Catfish Masters of America does
    not and will not participate in any discrimination of Race,Creed,Color or National Orgin.
